Hi, I strength train 5 days a week for about 2 to 2.5 hours each day. I focus on one muscle group each day; Monday - chest/triceps, Tuesday - back(everything except for traps)/biceps, Wednesday -lower body/abs, Thursday - shoulders/traps, Friday- biceps/triceps. In addition, I run for 2 miles after each workout at a moderate pace (8.5-10 min a mile). However, I am struggling losing body fat. I am not that concerned with weight because I am trying to put on muscle mass. My weight went up from 192 to 215. However, my body fat has stayed constant at 20%. What the heck?? Sucks. By the way, I am a man; I say this only because I was not sure if this site is dedicated solely for women.

Hi,
Thats a great post.My husband and me have been going to the gym regularly, though I did reduce a few pounds, his weight has been constant after 3 months of gym.I sure will pass on some tips to him.
The imporatnt thing is also not to keep checking your weight after each workout, you cant really shed too many pounds just after a good workout.
