		<description>eating out is not the best thing because we dont know the way they cook the meal and most especially the water they used for the meal . if the ingridents is not ok, it can cause an infection into someone body and we know where it we lead us.</description>

		<description>I would also add an important element in favor of eating home : the pleasure of eating something you made. Eating should not be about filling one&#039;s self up until full. Eating is about knowing what is in your plate, smelling the ingredients, playing with different spice associations, creating something that is shared by family and friends. Eating out does not provide any of this. 

I also find pride in cooking when my husband says &quot;hmmm that is very good. Thank you.&quot;, or my 2 year-old daughter asks for more.

 I also have a full agenda, but frankly eating out is just totally stressfull for me. Noise, having to drive, park, order .......  I have a full list of recepies that take max 20 to 30 minutes to make, are healthy and tasteful. Honestly, when not travelling, who can&#039;t take 20 minutes to whip up a dish?</description>
