		<description>I found this article very realistic and motivating because every year I set out health resolutions which I don&#039;t stick to because of hurdles I encounter along the way. All the things listed above are so obvious but somehow get missed amongst all the hype and excitement around the actual setting of resolutions so THANK YOU!</description>
