		<description>I have one year to prepare.  In just 1 year, I retire.  I have so much to learn.  Nutrition.  Three meals a day, at home.  Planned, prepared, balanced, by me.  Friendships.  My responsibility to keep and to make new friends.  Exercise.  Maybe a different gym, certainly with a more convenient time.  Such a big change is almost overwhelming.</description>

		<description>Chernalyne...you shouldn&#039;t be eating full meals 5 to 6 times a day.  You should have three full meals and 2 to 3 snacks.  Snacks can be yogurt, carrots, an apple with peanut butter, etc.  These items are not expensive.</description>
