		<description>I crave greens all the time. Actually I crave them so bad around that time of the month especially spinach. Now I know you must be thinking that spinach is packed with iron and that must be the reason why because iron can drop during the monthly cycle but mine is only about 2 days and mild. I also crave citrus at night I don&#039;t know why either. I don&#039;t know but I work out usually right after work around 6:30 and it&#039;s usually right before bed that I crave oranges or orange juice. Anyway I am thankful that I&#039;ve never been into junk food probably because I&#039;ve eaten healthy my whole life.</description>
