		<description>I agree - I have been working out and eating well for awile, and have gotton in shape and thin. Many people don&#039;t seem to understand it s a lifestyle - not giving up everythign and going back! Besides, once yuo eat healthy, you begin to greatly enjoy and preffer these foods, and not even crave the &#039;bad&#039; foods.</description>

I&#039;ve lost 39 pounds since january- using plain old diet and exercise. I&#039;ve got 12lbs left until a healthy BMI, and 31 lbs left to reach my ultimate goal, but i can&#039;t see myslf going back and eating crap again. I haven&#039;t forbid any foods at all, just used moderation. But it grinds my gears when people say &quot;oh, as soon as you&#039;ve lost the rest of your weight, not that you need to, you&#039;re tiny now, you&#039;ll be eating bon bons for a week!&quot;
