This shake is full of antioxidants, is high in fiber, provides a healthy dose of Omega-3s and has a good amount of protein. But don’t you worry…it is absolutely delicious too! Needless to say, it is a great way to start your day! It is also a tasty and nutritious mid-afternoon snack.
Ingredients
- 1 cup mixed-berries (use frozen if out of season)
- 1/2 medium banana
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/2 cup plain, non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup skim milk
Directions
In a blender, mix until smooth and creamy. Drink immediately!
