"Refer a Friend who signs up for Sheer Balance and win" Sweepstakes 2008 Official Rules NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. 1. TO ENTER: Between November 1, 2008 and December 31, 2008, there is one (1) way
to enter "Refer a Friend who signs up for Sheer Balance and win a free HAPPYBABY Baby Food Giveaway ("Sweepstakes").
ENTER ONLINE: Visit www.sheerbalance.com and complete all information requested on the online sign-up/entry form and click
on the submit button to complete the Entry process ("Entry"). Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your online
service will apply. All Entries received online must be received by 11:59:59 PM (ET) on December 31, 2008. No limit on entry
number. No mechanically reproduced Entries or facsimiles allowed. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete,
misdirected, mutilated, illegible Entries or Entries not received in time for the drawings. 2. WINNER SELECTION: There
will be one winner selected in a random drawing from all Entries received. The drawings will be conducted on or about
December 31, 2008. Odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of eligible Entries received. Winners will be notified
by email on or about January 1, 2009, and will be required to sign and return and
Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release ("Release") except where prohibited by law. The Release must be
received by Sponsor within fourteen (14) days of notification or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification.
3. PRIZE & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: One (1) HAPPYBABY Baby Food Giveaway, valued at $52 will be
awarded to 1 individual. Sponsor is not liable for damages or personal injury suffered in connection with participating
in the Sweepstakes. Prize is not transferable. 4. GENERAL RULES: Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of
Massachusetts, with venue and jurisdiction in Suffolk County, MA and all claims must be resolved in the courts located in
Suffolk County, MA. By entering, entrants agree: (1) to release Sponsor and its agents from any responsibility or liability
for damages, losses, or injury resulting from acceptance or use/misuse of any prizes; (2) to be bound by the Official Rules
and the Sponsor's Privacy Policy; (3) that the decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to the
Sweepstakes; and (4) to be contacted by the Sponsor via e-mail regarding the Sweepstakes. All federal, state and local taxes
and any other expenses or incidentals not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winners. Acceptance of prize
constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to the Winners' names and/or likenesses for promotional purposes
